LITCHFIELD

I'LL ALWAYS BE HERE FOR LITCHFIELD

The election result wasn't the one I'd hoped for, but just because I'm no longer Mayor, doesn't mean I won't continue to contribute to the development of Litchfield.

Litchfield is my home, and I'm not going anywhere.  I'm as keen now as I've ever been about doing what I can to make Litchfield even better.

You will still see me at local events and markets, and I'll continue to engage with local business owners, offering help where I can.  I will continue to advocate for better facilities and services across all our nature reserves.  And you will still hear from me when I see local government doing anything less than delivering the best deal they can to you.

When you see me out and about, wave me down for a chat and let's talk Litchfield.

Continuation of the road construction from the previous council projects as per the 2015/16 Municipal Plan, which includes:

- Buyers Rd

- Manton Valley Rd

- Brougham Rd (south)

Lobbied hard to prevent the UCV rating system from being brought into council policy in 2019/20.

Lobbied to stop the Council purchase of the AllTools building at 9 Patsalou Rd. It was a bad deal and would have left the Council in debt.

Lobbied Council to have funding for Recreation Reserves increased at the same rate as council rate increases. I'm still fighting for this.

Successfully lobbied Council for the Mira Square lease from NTG & NTG grant funding.
